Located in the Woodcote area of Epsom, Surrey (within the M25) The 4-acre property was landscaped in the 17th century, today the expansive flat lawns, mowed into perfect stripes, provide an ideal setting for all manner of marquee events against the backdrop of a very pretty, red-brick mini-stately home built in the mid 1700’s.
